Return Policy

Full Price Items: 

We want you to love you your purchase.  We offer exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase.  Items must be returned with receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging.   

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases.   

For safety and legal reasons we also cannot accept returns on car seats.  If you need assistance in choosing the right carseat please contact us.  

Sale Items: 

Sale or promotional items are non refundable and not eligible for return. 

Faulty Items: 

For faulty items we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.   This means it is at our discretion to offer a repair, replace or refund.
