Warranty Programs

UPPAbaby offers an EXTENDED WARRANTY of one year for a total of three years on all strollers and select accessories (Carrycot, RumbleSeat, From Birth Kit and PiggyBack). To receive the additional one- year warranty, customers must register their product within three months of purchase and provide a valid receipt from an authorized retailer. Warranty Claims

All UPPAbaby warranty claims, faults and orders for spare parts can be proceeded in one of two ways: Firstly, you are welcome to contact us here at hatch on email uppababy@hatch.co.nz and we will happily assist you where we can. Alternatively you can contact UPPAbaby directly through the website: http://help.uppababy.com.au/support/tickets/new

So we can better assist you, please make sure you include all of the information below in your email or form:

  1. Copy of your original proof of purchase
  2. Photo of the serial number on your pram (Located near the back wheel on the frame on a white sticker which looks like a barcode, it will contain VIS, CRZ or ALT depending on your model and will also have 8-18 numbers
  3. Full name, address and phone number.
  4. Photo(s), Videos demonstrating the issue(s)

 We do require all of the above information for all warranty claims

Once we have received all of your information please allow 3 - 4 working days for the warrenty assesment to be made and for us to be back in touch with the next steps. 

 

Spare/Replacement Parts 

Spare parts can now be purchased online here or orders for spare parts can be made by contacting uppababy@hatch.co.nz. Please provide the following information when requesting a price for spare parts:

  1. Copy of your original proof of purchase
  2. Photo of the serial number on your pram (Located near the back wheel on the frame on a white sticker which looks like a barcode, it will contain VIS, CRZ or ALT depending on your model and will also have 8-18 numbers)
  3. Full name, address and phone number.

  4. Photo(s), Videos demonstrating the issue(s) 

Once we have all the information we will issue an invoice and a replacement or spare part to be sent directly to you.

All UPPAbaby products are certified by the highest standards in New Zealand and the United States. UPPAbaby strollers meet the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS1754.

Don't forget sometimes out strollers need to be modified to the AUS/NZ market and safety standards so some features in these videos may differ slightly on your stroller.
